I have been passionate about the link between food and achieving our optimum health for over 20 years. From studying and living vegetarian diets to macrobiotic to vegan, to blood type, to you name it, , I've always sought ways of eating that makes me feel the best. Finally, after discovering and immersing myself in the living foods books and study with the raw food pioneers - Gabriel Cousens, David Wolfe, and Alissa Cohen, I started to practiced this life style, and immediately noticed the difference in my health -,more ENERGY, more mental clarity, more creativity, to name a just a few benefits.

As well as being the most nutrient rich diet on the planet, live-food cuisine is enormously creative and satisfying to prepare. The vibrant colors, textures and scents are nourishment to all of your senses.
 
The creative possibilities are endless, once you discover this path. I'm here to help you either by simply introducing ways to start and incorporate raw foods in your diet, or by giving you the tools to help you stay on the raw foods path.
